Terms and Conditions of Sale
Last updated: 21 August 2026. Online payment remains unavailable until every prerequisite stated below has been completed.
Seller and scope
These terms govern distance sales by Daciana Androne EI, individual entrepreneur, 21 rue d’Humeroeuille, 62770 Blangy-sur-Ternoise, France. SIREN 838 294 742 — SIRET 838 294 742 00013 — RNE since 1 March 2018 — APE 90.03A. Correspondence and complaints: Galerie 46, 46 rue d’Arras, 62140 Hesdin, France. Telephone: +33 6 07 82 40 65. Email: contact@andronedaciana.com.
Artwork information and availability
Each original is unique. Its title, dimensions, technique, support, price and availability are shown on its page. Screen settings may affect colour rendering. An artwork is marked Sold immediately after effective payment confirmation; the website never uses a Reserved status. A private 30-minute payment lock may prevent simultaneous payment attempts without declaring the work sold prematurely.
Prices, order and payment
Prices, quotes, payments and invoices are in euros. VAT is not charged: “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code”. Orders are placed as a guest. Before payment, the customer reviews the artwork, delivery option, total price, estimated insured return cost and these terms. Payment is processed securely by SumUp using only methods actually available for the customer’s country, account and device. A numbered PDF invoice and transactional emails are sent after confirmed payment.
Worldwide delivery
Original artworks are prepared in 3 to 5 business days after payment. Each is packed in a made-to-measure reinforced closed box. After the delivery address is entered, the checkout is designed to display the cheapest admissible offer returned for each of UPS, DHL, Chronopost and Colissimo, with price, estimated transit time and whether pickup or drop-off is required. Only carriers and services that have confirmed acceptance and full-value cover for the artwork may be offered.
Mandatory full-value transport insurance is included in the displayed shipping charge. If no admissible automatic offer is available, payment is blocked and a tailored delivery quote is arranged through Contact. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees outside the European Union are payable by the customer. Risk remains with the seller until physical delivery to the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, except where the consumer independently appoints a carrier not proposed by the seller.
Prints made to order
Prints are sold only after a Contact request and a quote defining the exact artwork, support, format, edition, price and delivery. Production starts after confirmed payment and normally requires 5 to 10 business days before shipping. The print is delivered first to Daciana for inspection and an original handwritten signature, then sent to the customer with a signed certificate. A limited edition is distinct for each artwork, support and format; no additional copies are produced outside its official numbering.
This print will be made specifically in the format and on the medium you have selected. Due to this customization, the right of withdrawal does not apply, without affecting your statutory rights in the event of defects, damage, or non-conformity. This text must be accepted separately before payment.
Withdrawal for an original artwork
Where the statutory right applies, the consumer has 14 calendar days from the day after physical receipt to notify the decision to withdraw, then must return the artwork without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that notice. The insured return cost is borne by the customer for a withdrawal without defect. The original protective packaging, seller-approved tracked service and full-value insurance are required. The customer remains liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the artwork.
The price and the initial standard delivery cost are refunded through the original payment method. Any supplement for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer is not refunded. Refund may be withheld only until the artwork is recovered or the customer supplies valid evidence of actual dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Damage, loss and legal guarantees
If possible, refuse a visibly damaged parcel and contact Daciana promptly with photographs. If the artwork was damaged in delivery, is incorrect or is covered by a statutory conformity or hidden-defect guarantee, Daciana bears the approved return cost. Depending on the circumstances and the customer’s agreement, the remedy may be restoration where materially possible or a full refund. A lost artwork is refunded in full. These procedures do not limit mandatory statutory rights.
Complaints, mediation and law
Complaints must first be sent to contact@andronedaciana.com or the correspondence address above. French law applies without depriving a consumer residing in another country of mandatory protections granted by the law of that country.
