Refund and Returns Policy

Contact before any return

Email contact@andronedaciana.com before handing a return parcel to a carrier. Use the subject “Return order [number] — [artwork title]” and attach one photograph showing the current condition of the artwork and one readable photograph of the return shipping label. Accepted formats are JPG, PNG, HEIC or PDF; a maximum total of 10 MB per email is recommended. An automatic acknowledgement asks you to wait for Daciana’s instructions, which are sent within 2 business days.

Withdrawal return for an original

Notify withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the day after receipt, then return the artwork no later than 14 days after the notice. The return address is Daciana Androne, 21 rue d’Humeroeuille, 62770 Blangy-sur-Ternoise, France. Do not send a parcel before receiving the precise carrier and service instructions.

Use the original reinforced protective packaging. The return must be tracked and insured for the artwork’s full value. For a withdrawal without defect, Daciana supplies a prepaid label after stating its exact cost and obtaining the customer’s agreement; that cost is deducted from the refund. Send the deposit receipt and tracking number within 24 hours after carrier acceptance. A label that has merely been created is not evidence of dispatch.

Damaged, incorrect or defective artwork

When the artwork was damaged during delivery, does not match the order or description, or falls under a statutory conformity or hidden-defect guarantee, Daciana bears the approved return cost and no transport deduction is made. If possible, refuse a visibly damaged parcel and report it promptly with photographs. Daciana manages the claim with the carrier and insurer. A lost artwork is refunded in full; a damaged artwork may be restored with the customer’s agreement where materially possible or refunded in full.

Refund

For a valid withdrawal, the artwork price and the initial delivery charge up to the least expensive standard option offered are refunded through the original payment method. A supplement paid for a more expensive chosen service is not refunded. Refund may be withheld only until Daciana recovers the artwork or receives valid evidence of actual dispatch, whichever occurs first. Any justified diminished value caused by excessive handling is assessed individually and explained; no automatic total forfeiture applies.

This withdrawal form does not apply to a print made specifically in the format and on the medium selected by the customer, without affecting statutory rights in the event of defects, damage or non-conformity.
